Illustrated Explainer
An exploratory learning interface. Every region of a generated illustration can be selected to "drill in": the system generates a new, more detailed image and explanation of just that region. Each drill becomes a child of the image it came from, so exploration forms a tree the reader can move back up. Image generation supports several providers, and image analysis runs on a local model.

Interactive Spatial Deck
A presentation format in which each idea is a card on a pan-and-zoom canvas rather than a slide in a fixed sequence. Selecting any text or image region spawns a connected child card. A talk thus becomes a map that the audience can explore in whatever order suits them. Math notation, charts, and tables are supported.

Document Disposition Workbench
Organizations often hold far more documents than they can maintain. This decision-support tool sorts each document into update, convert, or retire using transparent, editable rules. Content owners then review and override those recommendations in a workbench designed around their decisions, not around the files. The design principle is to start with people, not files.

Document Transformation Pilot
A comparison of approaches for converting static documents (including technical documents with mathematical notation) into structured, reflowable web content. A diff dashboard shows what each approach fixed, what it left unchanged, and what it broke. The central finding: automation fixes structure, not meaning. Elements such as image descriptions still require human judgment.

Local Extract
A split-screen interface for comparing document extraction methods side by side: a layout model, a local vision model, and plain text extraction, with results cached for each file and method.

Canvas Triage Boards
Scripted boards on a visual canvas that turn review tasks into direct manipulation. Items appear as thumbnails in lanes, and a reviewer drags each one to its category, with tallies updating live. The arrangement on the board is itself the decision record. One board includes a custom color-contrast checker that computes ratios as colors are chosen.

Service Registry & Dashboard
A single registry and status dashboard for several dozen local services, models, and automations. The inventory is generated from the registry rather than maintained by hand, which prevents drift between the two.
